The founder and owner, Ben Kayatta acquired through his service in the United States Marine Corps the skills of critical thinking, multitasking, how to work as a team and the value of solid leadership, integrity, and determination. He has woven these skills and traits into the daily life of the company to produce world-class service and a team that continually seeks mastery in everything it does.
